Removing metal parts in plastic pieces

En the crushing section we can find clean pieces and others with metal parts, inserted metal parts, staples and screws.

Other problems are the piece itself, for its own appearent dimensions (volume, shape and weight).

Besides the so called purge, which are plastic solid elements that make the process of recycling difficult, depending on the crush machine used. In this cases, ALSER has a solution.

• Other plastics
• Inserted metals (ferreus and non ferreus)
• Foam
• Powder genetated during the crush

Separating the not necessary particle from the material, to be recycled.

Removing the painting in plastic pieces

We are aware of the serious problem of the defective that exists in the painted pieces of injection (PP, ABS, PC, ASA).

With a mechanic process of separation and filter during the extrusion we eliminate a high level of painting., resting tiny quantities of impurity contained in the polymer. In this way it allows to be injected with guaranty of quality and process.

In the segment of aesthetic pieces, chrome in one of the most used finish, but with high levels of recycle rejection. Now ALSER has the technology needed to its removal.
